Hello, i can do what oyu need using php - MySQL along bootstrap. --will probably need your help with the access comprehension, but i can migrate every table there into the mysql database and then work from php. As for the distance calculation, if your tables uses coordinates then i can use Haversine formula to calculate it. Any other detail you think can be helpfull to discuss please let me know, thanks ! By the way, you need this done by when?

i'm good in php mysql development, i also use materialized design for web designing part materialized design gives better user experiance on front end. I aslo try to use good query framing which made better calculation for your website and decrease the load on database for executing query.
