Build a Website rough draft/template

i need to develop a web site draft/template I am looking for someone who can create a draft/template of a fully functional theme park web site. this site will be aimed at visitors wishing to know what to expect at the park. it will include the following:  1. the use of e-business so customers can purchase their tickets online  2. use of 3Dmax, Director and other multimedia software to create a virtual simulation of one or more rides available at the park  3. Use of interaction design methods to create a site that will be appealing to users including research of existing sites  4. A model of the park for users to plan their visit and navigate between the rides. As this is a draft/template the information fo not have to be accurate and the whole theme park is imaginary, so all the information do not have to be real, it could be made up. for example, the pictures of the rides can be a picture you find in google, the address can be anything as this park does not exist in this world, but please make sure the check out page is working, the money does not have to be real money, it is used only to show the purchase system is working properly I have also uploaded a simple context model of how I want my site to be
