I need a wordpress designer and developer who can design a nice wordpress website from my old 5 pages simple website. I need 100% contents, pages are same from old website. But want nice and beautiful modern design. It should be responsive.

NOTE: BUDGET IS FIXED 3500 INR, NEED TO BE DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS. only 50% milestone will be created during start and 50% after completion. Also may need some revision after completion on your server. I need all website file from you and will upload it to my server by myself.
