Build the new NW Marine Trader Website using installed WP theme

Greetings! We are totally rebuilding our website, which is a free marine trader website. Consider it the "craigslist of boats" except designed a lot more nicely. The master domain is [login to view URL] The domain, [login to view URL] also points to the above domain. The wordpress theme that we have chosen and installed is called PointFinder. (you can see the demo at the above domains. We will provide login information to access the back end of the site to the winning bidder. OVERVIEW OF WORK REQUIRED (please read carefully) Website purpose: The purpose of this website is for boat owners and marine enthusiasts in America to shop for, and sell, marine items and boats. The main area would be the Northwest of america, but listings should not be limited. Listings are for USA clients. It is free to list an item on the site, and free to sell. We also wish to integrate an API key so marine brokers from around the country can also directly publish their listings in bulk. The API key for other dealers will be provided. The PointFinder theme has been installed. We simply need the text to be edited so as to be marine related. The images can be changed to marine images (we will provide these for you as well). Our main goal is for the website to be very easy to use. We want the emails to users to be simple and fast. We want it to be very quick and easy to publish a listing.
