Building of an accounting Mobile APPS

I have a firm for providing accounting services but I want to eliminate the necessity of physical contact or sending of information through emails, etc. So I need a mobile apps with which client can send/post their transactions to me. I will precess and post back so they can download at their side. A professional may have a better description of what I need so part of proposal should include the professionals view and how he wants to achieve it.
