Looking to build a classified website for commercial and rental properties. I want a very clean and crisp/fresh looking layout, simple to use, want it to stand out compared to other similar sites. Needs to have a search function page that lets you search by location(city,province) type of property(townhouse,single house,condo,etc), price range and such. Will have a landlords page that has single ad rates & membership pricing. Will need to be able to creat accounts on there for people to view and post there ads along with a way to receive payment. I would need a logo and graphics all done also.
