I am looking for somebody to create between 10 and 20 themed cartoon style pictures (initially, anyway) to sell on a website (currently under development). Pictures will need to be painted/drawn in colour and 10 x 8 inches in dimension. Payment can either be fixed-fee or royalty based (a link to the artists own website will be shown). I am based abroad and will want to see a portfolio of work (online would be easiest) and an indication of costs, before commissioning work.
