Children's holiday clinic banner 1m by 2m approx

I am looking to have a design created for a outdoor generic holiday clinic banner which can be hung by ropes to a fence or building at hired facilities. A basic outline of the information that should be presented in the banner as well as the graphics that can be used are to be included in the attachments. Please assume the design will be approximately 2m wide and 1m in height. A design which uses graphics of a variety of team sports would be ideal.
