Christmas Box

I'm looking for a graphic image that will fit approximately half the size of a regular computer monitor, we will adjust the size down in photoshop to suit our exact needs. The image will be rectangular and will look like a Christmas wreath only rectangular. The rectangle should be large on the vertical side and short on the horizontal side i.e. a standing up rectangle. A red bow up on top in the center, any portion of the bow extend beyond the wreath(green) will need a black outline as the image will go on a red background. The image will need to be produced in jpeg, gif and png formats. The color on the inside of the wreath box will be white.
