Complete a very high quality modern design website..

Hi. I am looking for a company who specalise in website design and coding. I have had a few freelancers and different companies in the past which have not been up to the standard I require. Some of them have been very experienced too. I am now looking for somebody who consider themselves one of the best. My website has been delayed for a very long time due to bad designs and people who were not fully qualified for this task. The design will require a lot of changes and I am very hard to please. The task will be done on a page by page basis. Originally I will have around 8 unique page designed that need doing, then we can move onto the rest of the pages once these are done. Because I know I am hard to please, it also means I have a high budget. I don't have a specific budget in mind but my budget will depend on who you are and your experience. I would happily pay more if I think you are worth it. I will expect you to be creative and come up with original and unique designs yourself, I can give you some examples of modern designs I like, but I will not draft anything out for you. I am paying for creativity and unique ideas. If you dont have any websites in your portfolio which you dont consider the best in the world, then please do not apply.
