Contao CMS update front/backend - updating current webpage: [login to view URL]

Dear all,
I need a developer who can help in updating Contao CMS frontend/backend of our homepage: [url removed, login to view]
We would like to update our webpage to drive our content-marketing with a new insights subpage, which is linked to people and industries section (PwC as example).
First changes (this month - 40 % of the work):
- two new sub-pages of our webpage [url removed, login to view]; subpages with search button, filter-function, with displaying of top-reads, integration of call-to-actions buttons (social-media)
- small navigation update with pop-up
- small update on landing page with displaying latest news on the top (re-positioning of boxes)
- update categories in back-end for article displaying
If collaboration and results are good, further changes should be implemented in Q1 2016 - 60 % rest of the work.

Needs:
- the developer should have proven experience on Contao CMS
- preferable: a german developer or a developer who is based in Vietnam
- time resources in the next 4 weeks
