Correct errors in existing website, add booking facility

I have an existing website www.adeptdrivertraining.com.au.
The homepage has a number of questions that an answer showed directly underneath if you clicked on the question. That functionality has stopped working.
Near the bottom of the homepage there are all the letters of the Alphabet (A-Z). When you mouseover each one, all the suburbs beginning with that letter are revealed underneath. This functionality has stopped working.
I want to add a booking facility to the website where a client enters the details of the suburb they live in, then a booking diary page shows with all the available times and dates where they can make a booking for a driving lesson. After selecting the time and date they require they're then directed to a new webpage where they enter their personal details, when they submit that page a new page directs them to be able to pay for the service.
There are also plugins on the Wordpress website that require updating.
