Coupon Magazine Graphic Designer Position Available

I own a coupon magazine company and are in the process of switching graphic designers. The website is www.brevardsavingsmagazine.com. It is a 36 page magazine that has full page, half page, and quarter size page ad sizes. I need someone to change the coupons dates on most of the ads for every new issue and create new ads that come in from new advertisers and remake old ads for the advertisers who are not gettting a good response so they can help generate sales. I was paying a per page rate, but that does not seem to be ideal for me now, as the majority of ads just stay the same from issue to issue and the person was getting a per page rate just to change the coupon dates. I think maybe a hourly might be better for my business and my bottom line. I am thinking this should take 25 hours plus or minus a little every two months. I would like the person who does this to have a background in designing coupons for either a coupon book, coupon magazine, newspaper, etc. Need to find someone asap. Also, my other graphic designer did all his work in quarkexpress and most people seem to use indesign now, so hopefully the new graphic designer has some experience working with converting or transfering files from quark to indesign and just making it so it looks ok. One other thing is that I am looking for someone who might be available on weekends sometimes if we need to create a few ads before the magazine goes to print.
