Need a booking form for mobile web that will be responsive and have full screen calendar. basically it should be something similar to: [login to view URL] when you look at mobile, but web not app. Attaching screenshot Fields i need: - Place to go: [text field - People: [number field] - From: [calendar] - here important that soft keyboard must be hidden - To: [calendar] - here important that soft keyboard must be hidden For calendar would be great if both fields are connected, it means once customer select the date in "From" field is moved to "To" field, where calendar starts from the date that has been chosen in "From" field. - Service Type [Drop_down field] - Budget [range field] - Name [text field] - Email [email Field] - Subbmit [ call-to-action button] What i really need is a nice UX. The form should be easy to edit/translate for other language (ex. spanish, french)
