12 Ads Per Page

Size of Page 11”x12.75”

Make 4 ads wide, 3 ads tall – for a total of 12

Use Photoshop to create this

The actual space the ads will take up is 12.375 – put a .125” border between all ads and .25” border on the left and right side of the page. Between the 4 ads wide, the .25” border on the left and right and the .125” border space between each ad, that should use up the entire width of the 12.75” page.

So for the 11”x12.75” page, the ads and borders will occupy 9.25” tall leaving a 1.75” space for a header…the rest of the piece page will be full of 12 ads including borders.

Gather information from their websites – all are restaurants – each restaurant is listed – you will have to click to their website to gather logo, info – all I have is what is provided at the website..so do you best to create something for mock up purposes…this piece is to show the concept to the restaurants …we would obtain additional images and material if needed beyond this mock up.

Would need to be printable at 300dpi – if some images are not high quality enough for the size of ad, just make note – what I am ideally needing now is a 100 dpi images so I can make an online version to show these restaurants but also would like a 300 dpi version as well.

When creating the piece, on one 11x25.5 bifold folded to a 11x12.75 – put the first 24 ads on what would be the front and back of the piece.

For the second 11x25.5 piece- which would be the inside 2 pages of the piece -fill in the left panel which would be technically page 2 of the folded piece with the remaining 8 ads. For the inside pages, please do include all grid lines that would outline each 12 ads per page so all it shows the blank header space that is 1.75”

Each Ad Needs To Include The Following:

Restaurant Logo / Name – logo in most cases

Restaurant Address

Restaurant Phone

Food Images

Then on the top left of each ad put a diagonal ribbon that says

Club Savor

For border color and also the ribbon background color, use the color scheme from their site

I will want you to show me the first ad you make so I can just be sure we are on the same page for what I need. Each ad should not take more than 15 to 20 mins to make as the goal is to just show in this piece the restaurants included in Club Savor.

For Front Page 1.75” Header put

So that is all I need for the entire header of the front page – also put that same header on the back page as well. For the header on page 2 and page 3, leave blank

If you do a great job on this…I have more work in the future as we are a very fast growing company. I will want a 100dpi PDF, 300dpi PDF and the original photoshop files. I would like to have this by Monday 9am Eastern Standard Time. I will be reachable most of the day today.
