Create 2D Background Art for Mobile Game App

I need skilled photoshop artist(s) to create backgrounds for a mobile game app. An artist experienced in creating backgrounds for hidden object games is what I am looking for but I am not closing my doors to other applicants. If you want to have an idea of the type of background art quality I want, please do a quick google image search of "hidden object game background".
Skills required:
- Advanced Photoshop skill level: Photo Editing/Photo Manipulation
- Some Digital Painting/Paint-overs
- Good eye for background perspective and lighting
Other requirements:
- Dropbox (it's easy to install this if you don't already have it)
- Submission of the properly labeled layered .tif/.psd files (layers should be "smart object layers" as much as possible)
- Size: 1536px x 2048px
Background art does not need to be illustrated from scratch, as this will take too long. Photomanipulated backgrounds are needed as they are faster, but there are some strict requirements for the level of photomanipulation as well. These requirements are not that difficult but must be strictly implemented all throughout. Other details or questions can be discussed through private messaging.
For your bid, please provide your best price for 10 background art. This project has around 100 backgrounds, so I will need at least 2 qualified artists eventually, however the initial phase will go slowly so I may just need 1 artist for now.
Please provide a link/specify where I can find your sample work/online portfolio.
The game's main setting is in a mental asylum/hospital/laboratory, so the backgrounds needed are mostly the weathered interior rooms of these settings.
