Create pages for a web application about the cyclism

Hello,
I need someone able to create and integrate pages for a web application about the cyclism (~10 pages). You don't need to develop in PHP, I just want the pages in HTML/CSS.
Here is few details :
- navbar on the left side ;
- one page with country map ;
- forms & responsive tables.
I need a flat, responsive and modern UI.
I don't have an exact deadline. I just want to work with someone serious, providing a good work. I have no problem by working with foreign people if they understand english. If you're doing a good job, we can expect a long term work together.
