Create game assets and GUI

I want a GAME designer to design graphics and assets for me. this is a long term project, only serious and good freelancers will be interviewed. answer my 2 questions below so i know you read my description, and i will chat with you then 1) give me your monthly salary since i want to hire you on monthly basis, not per project, but per month. 2) define what is a "sprite sheet"
