Create landing pages for small business clients

I need someone committed to exactly what we are looking for. Thanks!* I'm looking for a landing page designer with WordPress experience to help me design lots of landing pages for clients on an ongoing basis. We're a small business local marketing firm focused on helping our clients get more clients! Clients vary from therapists to law firms to physical trainers to larger clients as well. You *must* have landing page experience, not simply generic Web design experience. I'd like a jack of all trades who can create and implement landing pages from start to finish: design to implementation using WordPress and your landing page plugin/theme of choice. In your response, please tell me what plugin you prefer to use for landing pages and why you like that plugin. Also, please tell me the 3 most important components a great landing page has, and your 3 favorite landing pages that you *didn't* design (that you've come across on the Web). Things I'm looking for in the ideal candidate: * Highly detail oriented and a fast learner! * Good eye and ability to design aesthetically pleasing landing pages * A thorough understanding of what makes a good landing page * A portfolio you'll send me of at least 8-10 landing pages you've developed, or 5 really great ones * Systematic, methodical, and organized, and also creative * Looking for a long-term relationship and to work with me as one of your main clients or even a full-time role in the long run If this sounds like something you're interested in, please get in touch with the above information, as well as the approach and process you take when on-boarding a new client.
