Hi, Since you are asking to do this, you must have few basic knowledge on how image can be customized in a canvas. So the first and foremost requirement would be to upload SVG image to canvas. If you can convert PNG to SVG and then upload then you can do many things. Brush effect can be manually done by adding brush paint tool with customization option.
