Customize a PHP web site based on 'Coppermine Photo Gallery'

MyCollection is a web site for people who collect things, to catalogue and show off their collectables. My old site stopped working due to age and many years worth of PHP upgrades, so I decided rather than fix the old one, it was time for a fresh look. I found an open source web site package called 'Coppermine Photo Gallery' which has a lot of the features and infrastructure that I wanted. I would like a coder to build on top of this and add all the new features and design elements to make it look and function exactly as I want. I have made some mock up images to show what I want the layout design to look like, which is based on Youtube's current layout. Then I have put together a complete list of features that I want, some of which are already there (in red). Because Coppermine is open source, there are some packages that other users have made available which have some of the features I want, but many are written for older versions, so they don't just work. I am happy for you to use these type of packages to save time or write new code from scratch if you prefer, just as long as the result is an easy to use web site with great layout and reliable. The new web site URL (with dummy data) is [login to view URL] I will provide the coder with admin log in details and ftp access to the site, but I would like the work done on this live install and the design changes made to the skin template '2016' so that future layout changes can be done to a new template and then just switched over when complete. I do not need you to bring across all the previous user data from the old site. Once these developments are complete, I would like to work with you again to make future modifications to the site as I think of new features, so I am looking for a coder that has great communication and is very easy to work with.
