I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Javascript. Planning to develop data visualization web mapping using ArcGIS API for Javascript 4.0. 1st task is to develop a buffer zone function where user can choose either point, line or polygon and key in tha radius value plus choosing distance unit like miles/km/m/etc. Once the buffer is generated on the map, it will popup a modal box which will analyse all information available inside the buffer zone. Information will be displayed into statistical and graphical chart formats. Integrates with animated and awesome graphical charts like canvas js / d3.js / etc.
