Design a Feminist Logo based on draft idea

I need a logo for Macha Foundation that works on women's rights. A feminist logo, based on a daft that I created myself, but that needs to be changed in the following ways:
- the words "working for & with women" to be featured around the circle (between the two lines) on top (that's my idea, maybe you come up with something better)
-the word "Scotland" featured around the circle (between the two lines) at the bottom (again, that's my idea, maybe you come up with something better)
- Macha Foundation is central to the logo
- ideally i want somewhere in the logo - possibly inside the circle? - to have silhouette / outline of a hind (female deer), either her head or full body ( jumping or standing up )
- feminist symbol (circle with cross at the bottom) is essential to the logo, if there are modifications to it, it still needs to be recognisable as feminist symbol.
I need several versions of the logo so that I can use it in different spaces
The overall spirit of the logo is women's self-determination, freedoms and rights.
the fonts used in the logo are Monserrat and Exo. You can alter it but that's the font family/font style id like to stick to. I also need to be able to download the font used in the logo, to use it in other documents. I want colors as they are, either white on red or red on white, possibly adding one more color but not more than that.
