Design a Header / Footer Image - Logo

Hello, In need of a master piece, a Header & a Footer that are in either psd or png formats (one with colors pre-done and the 2nd where I can change the colors easily). It is for a website wordpress blog, some ideas is a picture of a fox perhaps ? The text/title that it should have on the picture (also changeable) is: SuperFox (additional smaller text: "Motivational Life Experiences", also easily changeable and/or hidden) Please seek for your inner deepest art to create a wonderful looking header / footer for my Sister's website. This isn't a high budget project so if you are a pro looking to help out and to do something else that would be highly appreciated. Looking to pay around $20 USD.
