Our global Service Delivery organization is spread across 16 countries and 33 different call centers, supporting multiple travel brands. We support contact center operations in both voice and non-voice activity for customers around the world. If a customer has an issue with their booking and call for help, they are calling into our many teams. We have ~100 global Service Delivery team members who support such functions as driving operational call center performance, training and curriculum design, incident management (website or tools or call routing is broken), monitoring for compliance to policy, quality of the customer interaction, crisis management (i.e. bombing in Cairo, how many customers are impacted, how do we help them), etc. We would like a Service Delivery logo for internal use in our power point presentations/email communications and to apply to various swag items we make for the team each year, i.e. lanyards, mousepads, laptop skins, t-shirts, mugs etc. Including some details below I hope will help with this and feel free to ask any questions which may help.
