Unauthorised distribution or use of any element within any of our project files (currently owned or paid for) is strictly forbidden, including, without express permission, any documents, images etc not used. These files must be entirely destroyed six months after a final document / image / etc has been paid for. We require multiple files of multiple changes to our main corporate identity in preparation for the launch of two new businesses. We may also take the opportunity to have design ready made for our future launches too depending on your bid. The winner of this bid will be given the opportunity to bid on future projects, including multiple channel marketing materials (print and web) and brochure design as our product offering increases. (Sales Brochure, Business Stationary, Website, Print advertising, Leaflets, Banners, Pull-up roller-banners. We will supply AI or PSP files of our logo. We require colour changes and alteration to tagline / business name as appropriate for at least 2 businesses. This is a total of 4 images in multiple formats. PROJECT TIMESCALES **Please note that bidding will be open entirely for 1 month, and we expect to receive bids that include additional services over our estimated budget. This is fine as we have budget in place for this kind of event. This means that project will be awarded on 02/07/2015 and NOT SOONER. Once accepted payment in full will be deposited with Freelancer. 20% will be released as an immediate milestone payment to you. 40% will be released upon supply of images for inspection. 40% will be released when client is entirely happy. Please note that any bidder pushing for an award sooner will be immediately disqualified. I fully appreciate that it is a long timescale, but I want to make sure we get the right person for continuous work in the near future. I am especially interested in hearing from people who are able to produce exceptional product web adverts, flash adverts, product imagery for online stores for other projects I am working on.
