We are looking for a developer who can design an excel spreadsheet that is integrated into a website where we can populate numbers into an excel data spreadsheet and we can show the amount we should pay for a property. This excel data spreadsheet will help us determine whether it is a good deal or not. Then we could also send the information over to possibly investors to let them know what their return on investment would be by percentage. The data would also break down the full amortization, our cash flow, our debt services, expenses, and full gamut of numbers to let us as the real estate investor to make the right moves along with spitting out an pdf breakdown to any potential investors would get. We could do comparisons where if they invest with our project compared to if they invest in a CD, IRA, and how our investment will bring back a greater return. Some examples that we are including is a excel spreadsheet examples along with a PDF output that we would send to potential investors. The excel spreadsheet needs to be where we just plug in numbers and it automatically calculate.
