Design a Word Doc Template for a Real Estate Property Flyer

Hi, I have a client who is currently in the process of updating their branding identity. So far I have already completed their logo, business cards, and a real estate flyer. Vector logo and fonts to be used will be provided to when someone is hired. The next project is to update their Microsoft Word Template. I've attached an image of their old Template. The design will need to be updated to reflect the new branding identity (can get a feel for it by looking at the for sale sign that was just created). We'll also need to make the following adjustments: - use updated logo - phone number at bottom should be 1-844-4-IMPROOV - fax number at bottom should be 973-860-2404 - address at bottom should be Orange Street (spelled out instead of st) - new website address at bottom should be [login to view URL] The rest of the content can stay the same, the only thing that needs to be updated is the design elements (such as borders for the images, layout, anything that might improve the design, etc). This is very similar to a letterhead project, but it needs to be done in word so that the client can change content easily for new real estate properties. Looking to get started relatively soon.
