Design an animated banner

Hello,
I saw that you are pretty good GFX so I was wondering if you could create a animated(GIF) banner for a Minecraft server.
The server is called DRC, (DRC stands for Dutch Rasta Craft but we expanded a lot and changed the name).
The server is very fond of the rasta colours so it would be awesome if it could be included somewhere subtle. (Red, yellow, green)

I want something animated like the current banner, but more colourful, not black and white.
You can pretty much do what you want but you have to include the text:
DRC Network
Tons of gamemodes
Custom maps & plugins
