PLEASE SHOW ME YOUR PORTFOLIO OF PAST PROJECTS.
We need an architect to design an architectural plan of a new project. It is a land in the desert with an area of 4,000 m x 5,000 m and there are no neighbors. The purpose of the project is Family Entertainment for the community of Dubai.
In the design process, there are many considerations as follows:
- the electrical source is the solar energy (this should be presented within the design).
- the design should fit with the Arabic Community in Dubai and also the current architecture of the city.
- at least the following elements should be presented: (Cinemas, Theaters, Dancing areas, Parkings, Cafeterias, Swimming Pools, Playgrounds for football, tennis, etc., Galleries, Green Spots and Fountains. Places for horses and camels. Places for Beach-buggies and Motorcycles.).
Deliverables are:
- Architecture Plan(s) by AutoCAD.
- Photos/Videos of the 3D prototype of the project by 3DMax or whatever similar.
Please let me know if you need more information. Also, kindly give me an accurate cost and time-frame to finalize the project.
