We are looking for a CREATIVE and SMART thinking Designer / Website builder who has High Standards, Exceptionally Good Style, is a perfectionist and is willing to work with us on creating a High End Fashion / magazine style index page to our Model Fan Blog. This individual should also have up to date knowledge in the newest CSS3 trends and techniques. Also we would need this page to be 100% SEO friendly, passing HTML 5 validator with flying colours and absolutely mobile friendly / responsive. Please note that this order is only for creating an Index page. next pages will be paid separately. Also when giving the pricing, consider that we are looking for a perfect, High quality design and code. We will need you to be thorough and precise with great communication skills. We will not be satisfied with a fast job done and over type of attitude. This page should include great user experience enhancing effects delivered softly, not aggressively, incorporating over mouse and on-click CSS animation and transition effects overthought. We have attached 2 sample / structural JPG's about what we would like the index page to be like. Also have attached a sample JPG of a gallery page that we have already finished to a 90% extent.
