Design landingpage (no programming)

We are creating a sort of webstore which will have 4 different departments. We are looking for someone to create a design for a landingpage where you can choose which department you want to go to. We have a logo, we would like the landing page to be in similar color palette.
Once again we will do the programming ourselves, we just need a design. Titles for the 4 links can be filler text. We will send you our logo when we have an agreement.
