Design project

I need a website designed.--------------------------------------------- I need someone to help me re-design a single webpage to make it visually attractive. It's the lobby page of a online game site. The page structure is pretty simple, and I already have the layout mockup. The mockup (together with instruction) is attached and please take a look. --------------------------------------------- What you need to do --------------------------------------------- But currently it looks pretty dull, and all you need to do is to make it looks nice. I would expect you to add a bit of artwork, apply some color theme and perhaps rearrange the components a bit if you see fit. It's important that your design be responsive - it should works on both large screen and small screen, e.g. mobile. --------------------------------------------- Deliverables --------------------------------------------- html/css files preferred, but not a must. Please indicate what you can provide. If different format cost you differently, please let me know. --------------------------------------------- Future work --------------------------------------------- I'm looking for a longer term partner. If it works out well, I will definitely have more jobs in the near future. Thank you
