Enlarge a black line map of Indonesia with its 34 provinces (supplied) to roughly 2.5 meters long. Divide the map so that each province can be printed on a separate piece of paper, A4 to A3 in size, with a solid geographic border (or group of islands) for each.
The goal is for students to work on a print-out province each and then create a collage map (like a big jigsaw).
The original map file is a JPEG but I'm happy for you to source an alternate one if that's easier (as long as it has the 34 provinces!)
In enlarging the graphic, the borders may become pixelated. They need to be blackened so that it can be printed easily (in b&w).
Each province needs to be named, either as the file name or as text as a footnote on the new A4 or A3 graphic (so we know which one is which!).
The scale of each province map needs to be the same (to re-assemble the jigsaw).
