Fix the download speed of my website.

My website is loading very slowly. This is a wordpress theme, hosted through Godaddy, that loads fine in the demos but somehow with my current setting my site loads super slow on the first page. Like 20 seconds. I ran a diagnostic through [login to view URL] and got the results below. I can see the suggestions but am not sure how to implement them or if this is what is causing the speed issues. I need someone with experience in optimizing load times to look at the site and make the necessary changes to setting or content to allow this site to load quickly. I am not sure if this is a long or short process so I will lean on the developer to come up with a plan and execute it.
