Long Term Graphic Design Trials

Hello, I own a small graphic design company and am currently overloaded on work. I am interested in using someone for ongoing multiple projects and overflow work if they can prove quality of their products. If you are interested, please contact us for the three pictures that correspond to the three "(Similar to attachment)" below, to create and send us the following graphic design. If a customer asked us the following, and we forwarded it to you with no other description, make what you would in a real situation: "A graphic of the (Similar to attachment #1) logo cut out into a metal business card(Similar to attachment #2) with frost on the card and water dripping down it from condensation(Similar to attachment #3)." It should only take a few moments and we will not be reselling or using the work, it is simply for our evaluation. We pay our designers $25-$50 an hour based on the quality of work in the past. *Note:If we do choose, for any reason, to use the graphic you create for this ad, then consider this a binding written agreement that you will receive one hours backpay for the design, even if we don't use your services in future projects.
