I am very well experienced in Python web frameworks, specifically I've been working with Flask for the last 6 months, utilising a SqlAlchemy/PostgreSql Data layer. All of which has had a heavy use of jQuery & Javascript. I've worked with Django for roughly 6 months before switching to Flask so am proficient with it. I admit, my strength is not as a graphics designer, however I have the necessary contacts and resources available to me to fulfil any of my shortfalls, this will be at no extra cost to you (dependant on the level/amount of graphics required, of course).
