I am looking for a great coder which will build sex portal for me, adult content this is the competitor site so you can have point of view, [login to view URL] It need to have the following features: • Portal with many categories, easy system to upload ads and remove ads and pages easy in a pleasant template. [login to view URL] check the template here • Search engine inside the site, which will let users search through areas and through the portal pages easy. • Upload sex videos with categories and sections. • Add multi user chat system to the site. (flyzoo) (optional) avschat • Site language need to be in Hebrew&english I will translate. • Few banners creation, easy system of banner upload and remove, banner places need to change in each user click rotation, banner section need to be in all pages. • Pop up system to upload and remove before user get into video and stuff. • Easy blog function. • Forum system in Hebrew. • Admin panel to easy upload and delete ads. • Easy system to add banners and delete them • Easy pictures gallery with users rating. • 1 page before they enter the site to validate users are 18+ old. Need to be in Hebrew, I will translate it all so no problem.

maybe you copied the text from another site, I can't really remove any text here ... does it have to use a cms our can it be done in "plain" php? (obviously using a framework like zend, code igniter, etc) ... for the forum can it be phoBB, no need to rewrite it
