create artistic timeline poster

I am looking for a talented and creative graphics designer to create a simple timeline infographic ! This simple project is to create 3 vertical timelines which will in effect be a bit like a vision board. The timeline will have 3 vertical columns... each arrow/ column represents a different theme. The format is A0 size. The main focus of the timeline is big pictures with big text ! as the years progress the text and pictures should be bigger. I will provide images and all text needed as well as the dates for the timeline. I just need someone to put it all together and make it look visually exciting. especially the future parts of the timeline. Budget is around 50$ and needed in one weeks time please.
