we have a large wall of posters in our work office that i commissioned through etsy. unfortunately, the designer can no longer create the designs, but i want to continue creating posters of the exact same style. here is a sampling of posters we have so far: [login to view URL] we have one poster per employee and our employee count continues to grow, so i am looking for someone who is committed to helping me create new posters every couple of months. right now i have a backlog of about 10 employees that i need posters for (a few months' worth), so given a price of $15.00 per employee, that would be $150.00 for the first installment. these square posters are about 11"x11" (i will need to check the exact dimensions). the person i pick will need to be able to do the following things: 1) follow the existing design of the 40+ posters we have (match the gradient styling, set of fonts, and graphic style), given the text and graphic ideas that i provide. 2) review each batch of poster designs with me for any feedback 3) print the posters on similar poster paper as existing posters. i will need to figure out logistics around this. if you are local to the bay area, i can provide samples in person. 4) send them to me -- i take care of framing. for anyone interested in this opportunity, i will give out a test of new poster content to see how well you can match the style and how good your execution is. the best match that i find i would love to work with.

After analyzing this poster you show, it all comes down to locate, internalize and synthesize the rules behind the design of this posters.
