creating taximetre simple script

hello, i need to creat script to add on our website allowing clients to know price of ride they book, script ll suggest adresses when client typing adresse in adresse boxe, than script ll connect to google map take km and time of distance and calculate price of ride based on km price and option (like pikup fee, night hours, not working days price.....) we ll set in config page we ll creat. need that work done asap,
