We need a website similar to "[login to view URL]", but only for Colombia. Before offer any bid, we need this project to be finished in spanish, we require to finish or restart a web site in progress hosted in "[login to view URL]". We used a template that was very limited at the end: [login to view URL] The idea is to create a functional web site for houses, farms, and vacation houses, there are 3 types of users: We require a high quality design (airbnb reference), and function like the quote table in Airbnb with a service fee of 6% plus the rent cost. It has to be connected with Facebook, users can manage their properties (listings), admin must approve any listing before its publish. Also we need a module of reservation where we can manage the houses and reservation, the reserved houses can't be available in dates they were rented. It needs to be connected with multiple pay methods like PayU, PayPal and PSE in Colombia. 1. People that want to publish a listing of a house . 2. People who is looking for a place for a period of time. 3. Web site Admin. We need all of this in 3 days.
