A few Pixel Art Graphics needed

I need a few piece of pixel art graphics, as laid down below: 1. Background Image, size of 640×1136, image being a park 2. Background Image, size of 640x1136, reuse image (1) with additional drawings of balloons in the air and a bad-guy cheeky looking character holding a pin in the hand 3. 5 single balloon images(light colors,including white) with transparent background, size of 50x50 4. Icons with the bad guy character in (2) of sizes 120x120 and 1024x1024 General Requirement: 1. Background images should be made with light colors 2. Images should be in png format(not interlaced png) 3. Item (1), (2), (3) above should be in pixel art 4. All works must be original, especially the character drawing. Full copyright to reuse, redistribute and resell of the submitted work is needed by the employer from the freelancer.
