I have looked at your job Post and I am the best person to do your job. Am a Kenyan architect with over six years experience in design, 3D modelling and photo realistic rendering. I use archicad for most of the modelling although I sometimes use sketchup and 3DS max. As for the rendering, I normally use artlantis and vray. I have in the past worked on several projects of this kind,picking up sketches and converting them into presentation drawings. This is how am going to do your work. First of all, I will make a complete White model. you will get this and check the correctness of structure and BIM. you will give feedback and I will make necessary adjustments as you will suggest. Normally I do this right the first time so this will not take much time. After this, I will do the materials and colour schemes with much of your input really needed. once this is done, I will set different cameras for different views for your approval and then do test renderings. finally I will do the final renders and complete the job. The whole process can take a minimum of three days and a maximum of five days sir I know that there could be others that may have underbid me on this work but I believe that am different because 1. I am sure of what I do and guarantee quality deliverables within the set timelines 2. I constantly give updates of my work in terms of screen shots to my clients so that they they may follow their work progress 3. My experience as an architecture student (6 years) and also using autocad, cinema4d and archicad makes me the right partener to colaborate with in architecture projects or doing a draftsman job. I can't wait to work together!
