Convert InDesign Spread to Fixed Layout for Kindle Fire

Looking for a developer to convert a small InDesign cookbook spread to a ready to publish [ fixed ] layout targeting the Kindle fire device. It’s mostly recipes so the layout itself is pretty consistent throughout the book. The bottom line is that I have odne most of the work already but I need a more experience developer to make this a FIXED layout so that it looks as I designed it. I currently have the spread laid out how I want it to look in a portrait view however it exports as reflow and looks crappy. The basic requirements are as follows: * Needs to be fixed layout for Kindle Fire device so it looks as I designed it (no reflow). The InDesign file is already sized for Kindle Fire. Most of the work will be anchoring the layout so that it’s fixed. * Need horizontal orientation to work too. If you cannot easily do this with the portrait version, I will add a horizontal version. * Link the Recipes List to each individual recipe as well as any other miscellaneous links that are part of navigating within the book. * Add 1-2 interactive elements to make the experience more enjoyable (example: touching buttons has a small highlight, sound or something) * Needs to be delivered back to me as ready to publish in Amazon’s bookstore. * I own the source files. If I need to make a tweak to content I need to be able to do so. * Roughly 55-65 pages Layout examples are attached to this post. Once I select a dev for the project I will package up the Indesign, icon, and recipe image files and deliver them.
