Development using Bootstrap and Jade under Node.js

We are a mobile location-based services startup founded by serial tech entrepreneurs (with successful exits) based in Silicon Valley. In addition to mobile, we also have a website that promotes our product, powers the shopping cart as well as the customer portal (for retail and corporate customers). Our platform is built on Node.js with Bootstrap 2.3.2, Jade, Express, Mongoose/Mongo, and Redis. We are looking for web developers who are highly proficient in Bootstrap framework and Jade template engine running under Node.js. This stack will also be used to build mobile-optimized templates of the website. Our roadmap calls for eventual migration to Backbone and/or Rendr. The right candidate for us is one who - can navigate the backwaters of Node / Bootstrap / Jade and other template engines with minimal guidance - can write custom Javascript to conform site to design and knows is familiar with best practices for css/js optimization - is proactive in keeping up with trends in these technologies - takes pride in the quality of work they produce In general, we want our customers to have the best possible experience around our product and as such we take enormous pride in what we do and want candidates that reflect this attitude. This is a recurring need that starts with getting us to launch and then extend beyond with additional enhancements to our ever growing platform footprint.
