Custom my service wordpress website by integrating e-shop

However - i want my freelancers to be able to also sell items - not just offer services. Are you able to help do this? This would need to integrate well into the current system - and freelancers also control their items for sale from their current user frontend. The home page would need to be a little different too to reflect this (to allow section of items on sale) I get to set how many items all sellers can sell (universal control). You need be great with wordpress, clean coding. We can award here but NO milestone until project is done - we have been cheated here a few times. If you are good, we will hire you on more websites.
