Add newsletter functionality to website

I currently have two websites. I would like to add newsletter capability to both. Each site to have its own system. Site and functionality (to user) of newsletter in Spanish. Backend can be in English. - User create account - Confirm through e-mail - Unsubscribe system - Manage Database: Ability to send messages according to demographic fields captured initially - Fields: name, last name, e-mail, confirm e-mail, gender (drop down), year of birth (drop down), married status (drop down), schooling (drop down), type of job (drop down), FOR PEOPLE IN MEXICO state (drop down), zip code (drop down – STATE DEPENDENT), city (drop down – ZIP CODE DEPENDENT), township (drop down – CITY DEPENDENT), code to make sure human input. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT STATE, ZIP CODE, CITY, TOWNSHIP IS BASED ON MEXICO INFORMATION. I will provide xl spreadsheet with the information. - Able to export info to xl. - FOR CONSUMERS IN THE U.S. city, state (drop down), zip code HTML template to communicate messages similar to website (explain how to use it) Complete project in 5 days once awarded.
