Build an Online Store Framework for new sellers

Hi There, I am looking to have a new online store built. This will not be a usual store though as I will be selling other suppliers products, not my own. For this it will require 2 different types of logins (1 for suppliers and 1 for customers). Firstly suppliers will need to be able to sign up to the website and create a "seller" account. This will include their basic information, business name, product types etc. as well as details of a paypal account so that they can receive funds directly. From here suppliers will then go to an account page where they can upload details of an item for sale (such as those used on sites like eBay or Gumtree, however it would need to be limited to just a clothing category for now (mens & womens - T'shirts, Hoodies, Pants etc.) with potential to further expand into new categories in the future. They will be able to upload photos, a title, product information, price, colour information, quantity (website sales page will only show quantity or no quantity) return policy and postage prices. Customers will be able to login to the site and purchase items directly from my site. They will need to have a cart available to see at all times, and be able to enter a coupon code at the checkout (which each individual supplier will be able to set themselves - a code and discount percentage). Next the customer will proceed through the checkout, pay for the items and shipping (with a 10% cut to stay with the website (myself) and the rest to go directly to the supplier) with a final confirmation sent directly to the supplier (and a copy to myself) as well as an email to the customer confirming their email. The website will need to be responsive in design (e.g. fully compatible to work on phones, ipads, laptops and desktops) and the home page will ideally feature recently added items, most popular items and most recently sold items (all of which must be updated automatically). Another feature will include "report a listing" where customers will be able to report listings they feel are fake or poor quality, and a 5 star rating system where consumers can rate products if they choose to. Share buttons will also be prevalent on all product pages so customers can share certain products to social media.
