I need an expert in PSD to HTML to convert several PSD files into web pages/a web application. The main PSD to HTML conversion will be on one home page, that has a java form/application in its header. The flow and design for the javascript application/form are mapped out in Photoshop files as well. There are 6 simple steps for the Java application/form, each step will collect an input from the user (via buttons and drop down menus) and format a custom URL by the end of the app-flow. The website will be developed on a provided Linux server. If another OS is required, that can be accommodated. Please contact me with any questions.
